Put it up, for say 5 days or so. At the end of the time period, put all the names 'in a hat', and draw one! NO first come, first serve! It's supposed to get people interested in something; not get pissed because they weren't online at 3 in the morning when it was first offered.

Anyone who says 'I'm in' should have a chance. If you people still can't figure it out, I may have to start one.
