HI Matt:
Just got back from shooting about half of what I bought from you guys, 200 rounds of .223, with Bob (TopHog ) at the "Rambo Range" not a problem with it at all. Will be getting more when your guys get settled in Pahrump after the 25th.

That's great and thanks for letting me know...we have 5,000 rounds of 223 at our office in Vegas if you need ammo fore the 25th. Otherwise, owner will be back at Pahrump plant on the 26th...making more ammo. Thanks again...Matt

If you're wanting to purchase ammo the way were getting it to our customers is to either have you come to one of two offices at either: Trop/Las Vegas Blvd or Eastern/215. If neither of those is convenient...then we can set up a meet at major intersections around town. Just let me know what you'd like to purchase and where you're located and we'll set up a pick up or meetup. Please email me your order or further questions so I don't miss you. Thanks, Matt

I'm on my 5th 12 hour day in a row now...

Matt, do you guys have anything for hard cast lead in 45 ACP or 9mm?

Thanks to Matt for meeting up with me today. Very nice guy and was on time to my meet location. Ammunition looks good. Will give a report on it once I am able to get to the range. Going to compare it with some Winchester white box and Fiocchi 9mm.

Just want to chime in that I am using Trufire ammo in .45 and .223 and it has worked well for me. I have also met Matt and he's a great guy to do business with.

No hard cast lead right now but if that is the ammo you use for the western shooting matches we're talking about it and looking into it as far as Demand. The 5.56 79gr HP has been discussed just a last week with owners...I think we are leaning that way...I'd like some of this for myself. This would give me 55gr for practice, 62Nato for those pesky car doors and 79gr HP for Zombies and Coyotes. We're hoping that the 79gr will go over well on test run..we'll be making about 5 to 10k rounds of it. I will post a few days in advance prior to run so you can let me know how much you want...price will be a little higher than the quoted 223/55gr..thanks for input and ideas. Keep em coming.

Great Monkey...we've had mostly positive responses from the vacuum pack but the down side has been not being able to see through the plastic as well as a totally clear bag. Some day well be able to do the traditional collored ammo box like the big boys...till then well have to do loose pack in the vacum or small colored boxes of 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 capacity. Thanks again for input...very valuable to us. Matt

What is your grain on your 9mm Matt? Just curious.

Hit the range today. I took Fiocchi 115gr, Winchester white box 115gr, American Eagle 124gr, and the 9mm I picked up from Matt this week. Shot everything through a Glock19, 10 shots each (25 for the TruFire). Shot at a range about 10 yards.

Winchesters were the worst grouping. Not bad, but you couldnt stack on on top of another at all.

The Fiocchi was pretty good. Good stack with a couple strays, all shooting about 1.5" left.

The American Eagle was pretty good as well. It didnt group quite as well as the Fiocchi, but they were shooting a bit more dead on.

For the TruFire, Ill say it remains to be seen how good they are. They might be even better than I believe they are. It couldve been in my head and I did yank a few but maybe the loads are uneven?? Not sure. WIth the majority of the shots, they shot dead on with really good grouping. I was able to stack in a 1" hole. I shot 25 shots and stacked 15 of them within a 2" group. I had a few more strays than anything else, which went high/low and side to side. Like I said, it couldve been in my head as 15 of those stacked great! I know there was a couple of these that I pulled and knew it right away, but there were some others that just seemed to shoot different (I know I didnt yank them).

Id really like to shoot some more. My wife shot a lot of them (she is just learning to shoot) and I only brought 100 of them so I didnt get as much time with them as I wouldve liked. All in all, pretty good ammunition from what I experienced. Definitely a step above Winchester White Box and just based on the grouping location and Id take them over the Fiocchi as they like to shoot a bit too much to the left for my liking. Quality ammunition for sure and Ill report back after I have a chance to get some more shots in with it. Im really hoping it was just me and possibly in my head for those stray shots. All in all, the shots were not that far out. About 1" off the main group (other than the couple that I yanked), but they were not all in the same location.

Regardless, it seems to be some quality ammunition for sure and I have no issues purchasing more at this time. Keep in mind, Im no professional and Im just getting back into shooting!

Doz, that's great news and thank you...we've not compared our ammo to any other so I appreciate the test results especially since we did well in comparison. We're loading 124gr.... As far as the flyers go...we do have a guarantee policy so we'll have to replace those flyers for you on next order. Our ammo is guaranteed to hit the bulls eye every shot no matter what or where the barrel is pointed. It's our "Accu Shot" technology! :)
All kidding aside and I AM KIDDING...it's always a little nerve racking to begin reading these posts not knowing what's about to be said...I hold my breath sometimes and am so glad when I read a positive remark....especially a test like this. You're the first person to have done this with our ammo so far stacked against other ammo. I was very nervous about joining this group not knowing how we'd be received. Everyone here has been professional/fair and I appreciate the support, comments, suggestions and purchases. It's all appreciated more than I can express.

Okay, so to keep this honest I must tell you the "bad." So for the meet it got mixed up on who was supposed to meet us so it didn't happen, no big deal and Matt quickly took care of it having the ammo delivered to my home. However not all the ammo got here. A little over half of the 9mm (1,250 rounds) was missing. Gave the guy who dropped it off a call (Scott) and he apologized and said he would bring the rest over tomorrow. I have no qualms about buying again. We did pay with Paypal so I think that threw off their current system a little. They have been very nice and helpful so customer service is top notch! Which is huge! Definitely more important to me than the above mess ups. The ammo also looks very clean and to be high quality. I would buy from them again for sure, and I will report on the ammo's performance once I get a chance to shoot some of it.

Scott, I'm soooo sorry for screwing up your order...I told Scott that you were to get 1k or each...I was a little flustered today....and that's what I get for relying on my memory...either Scott or myself will be delivering the balance of the ammo you purchased tomorrow/Tues. My wife is right...thank God my head is screwed on! Once again, sorry for screw up. Matt
