:wtf?:

Were they giving out an Iphone 6 with each purchase?
Yup, one hell of a wait haha
We learn from experience and what I learned is to avoid a sale like this :yesnod:

Last time I waited in line for a sale, I went to gun garage on "Black Friday" a couple years back and walked out with a RIA 1911 for a little over $300.

I was there on that day as well for their 1911's. Very busy and almost said screw it but was successful in walking out with one two

And the problem with letting in a limited number of people, I saw, is that some were buying 5-6 guns, and would probably snipe the really good deals. They also probably needed multiple forms filled out, that's probably why they were taking so long.
I could be wrong on this but I think up to five guns can go on the same BG check form.

And the separate multiple handgun form does not need input from the buyer. It can be filled out by the dealer at any time, though each handgun would get its own Metro registration form.

Some people amaze me with how slowly they fill out paperwork.

So this was a one day sale ? Or is there items still left to buy ? Not sure why but I almost want one of those 37mm launchers.
Wednesday was the day, but what ever is leftover is probably still available.
The good bargains are surely long gone though.
Flare launchers? I would call them to make sure, but I bet there is some left.

Any chance we could get an update on what's left? Not daily, that would be ridiculous... Maybe at the end of a week, or a few times in a month?

Thanks for the feedback guys. There's not much left to make a list of and starting Monday we'll grab a couple a day off the floor to put on Gunbroker for whatever is left.

There are 3 flare launchers left if anyone is interested.

If you're looking for a particular pistol, everything is pretty organized on the wall and in the cases now, so feel free to call the shop and ask if its still there and verify the price.

There are some deals left on Glock 22's at $309 with night sights and a magazine.

Again, I appreciate the constructive feedback and will share it with the guys.

Its a hard thing to manage, and we realize its not for everyone, but we've done enough of them to know that there's only so many ways to skin this cat. If it was cash and carry it would be much easier, quicker to manage, but because we have to call in the background checks and do registration forms on each pistol, it put a cramp in our flow for sure.

Just a suggestion maybe once a customer finds what they want you could put there name on it and have them pay for it and come in the next week and do the paperwork. Maybe even send them home with the form to fill out at home.

You guys always do your best with these sales, can't make everyone happy but I have never had a bad experience at NFA.

Time. Effort. Innovations. Money.

Try to bring at least one of these 'values' to the table …. if you plan to eat.

NFA's doing a very good thing with these sales; A good thing for the local community - long lines and forum-member suggestions which may or may not impose additional and substantial burdens on them, notwithstanding. (We’re a bit spoiled, here, if that hasn’t already been apparent .... ;) .... )

They provided a wide range of guns, at prices that are highly competitive for any market: brick-and-mortar, estate sale, gun-show, or otherwise, via on-line sale or auction sites.

I wish I had the money. I definitely would have spent the time and effort to get one of 'em, especially at those prices. Maybe next go-round.

Really I got a stack at my house sent to my by ATF.

But I do have a C&R license.
Yeah, they're supposed to be filled out and signed in the store only because technically its a "signed contract" with the government.

As far as we're concerned though it just needs to be signed in the store.
